The Nixons

In a beautiful converted barn on the outskirts of Bristol, I was honoured to be part of the special day for two of my best friends Sophie and George. I was only meant to be filming the speeches, but couldn't resist fliming some extra, fun material. Then combining it with the photographer's shots from earlier in the day, I crafted an edit, using some parallaxing to add some motion to the stills.

The music plays a big part, picking songs close to the couple's heart - their favourite artist Ben Howard being the perfect fit for such a romantic occasion.

The Rudkins

Erin and Andy's big day was the first wedding I was asked to film. Set in a timeless 17th century Manor House, this historic venue matched the day's grand occasion.

Having both dressing rooms close to each other allowed me to capture as many special moments as possible, in particular Erin's Dad, Ian, seeing her in the dress for the first time. The video encapsulated the fun, relaxed nature of the day. The couple said there wasn't a dry eye in the house when watching the video back and love that they can re-visit their special day time and time again.
