Election videos

 

I worked with Steve Walley to produce some sharable content for his local election campaign. Filmed in Stone, I aquired stock footage, drone and stills of the constituency. I produced eight to ten videos for him and his colleague over the course of four weeks, developing graphics, editing scripts for a voiceover and formatting them for social. We won the election, with the video content proving a talking point around the area and helping raise awareness of his policies and pledges to voters.

Legacy Boxing

 

One of a few pieces of work I have done for Legacy, this boxing piece was a lot of fun. A blue-collar fight night in High Wycombe, with amateurs standing toe-to-toe in the ring. The client wanted a snappy one-minute piece for social, and a combination of sharp edits and fast motion shots was ideal. As well as catching the high-tempo close-up shots, I captured all eight fights on a fixed camera and then went on to complete the social edit.

National Fitness Games

 

I shot the National Fitness Games in Birmingham, with a brief for another short, snappy social media edit. Another high-octane event gave me great material to work with. Close-ups were the order of the day - it was important to capture the stress and strain that people were going through, but also the comradery between competitors. The final piece encapsulated the intense nature of the event from start to finish.
